Career highlights:
- Designed promotional piece aimed at encouraging franchised companies to renew their contracts. Organization saw a 22% increase in renewals the first year.
- Facilitated design and promotion of first-ever Digital Learning Pavilion display in association with Apple, Smart and key education industry organizations showcasing architectural thought leadership in the educational space.
- Achieved unprecedented awareness levels for Cellular One brand (2nd only to AT&T)
- Planned and produced multi-media customer hospitality and recognition events featuring name entertainers including Texas Stadium concert hailed as first incident free event in facility history.
- Successfully implemented organization's public and private online marketing initiatives including online ordering design, development and maintenance tools.
- Worked with external teams to develop and produce online and traditional media, including television commercials and video presentations to a variety of target audiences including Youth, Senior and Female sub-segments.
- Coordinated large scale annual national meetings, client hospitality and brand participation in industry conferences and events.
- Secured first-ever interview of a U.S. President aboard Air Force One by a radio personality, Jan 1995.
- Developed, managed and executed strategic public relations plans and programs for the largest radio network in the nation, including securing in-studio guests and off-site interviews for syndicated programs such as the Tom Joyner Morning Show.
- Coordinated the first-ever live on-air dialogue between syndicated radio personalities (Ted Nugent/Howard Stern 1995).
Kim, profiled as one of The 50 Most Influential Women in Wireless in 2001, is a LEED accredited professional, a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and has been consistently recognized and awarded for her work. She has been a speaker, mentor and host. She grew up in Dallas and consequently worked in the DFW area throughout her career. The network of resources she has accumulated is a valuable asset she shares with anyone she works with.
